Is it possible to charter a room?

Charter is possible. However, this is subject to availability for 7 people. Maximum number of guests to charter a room is 7. (In some cases, such as when children are included, we may be able to accommodate 8 people.) Fees vary depending on the number of participant. Please contact us even if there is no date on the calendar for your desired date.

Are children allowed to take classes?

It is possible to take the course. We have had guests as young as 3 years old in the past. We do not have a child’s rate as we purchase from the market in the morning and use the exact same ingredients as the adults.

Do you have a vegetarian menu?

Yes, please choose from the reservation form.

Do you have anything to bring?

Nothing in particular. Please come empty-handed.

What clothes should I wear?

Normal attire is fine. Casual attire is best, not formal or elegant attire.

Can I leave my luggage with you?

We are not a large store, so you cannot leave them in the store.
Please leave them at the front desk of your hotel or at the train station.

Can I have a chaperone?

This is not a large restaurant and there is no place to wait. This is for participants only.

Can one person make a reservation?

Reservations can also be made for one person, but at a different rate. Please check our reservation form.

Can I take pictures for social networking sites?

Cell phones and other devices are OK. However, please do not disturb others. No tripods or full-scale photographic equipment is allowed.

I would like to cancel. Is there a cancellation fee?

In order to purchase fresh fish from the market, a cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled by the customer two days or more prior to the scheduled date of use. From 2 days prior to the date of use to the day of use: 100% of the usage fee.
